Here’s a list of the most frequently asked questions about our full-service wedding planning.

Full wedding planning is our most comprehensive service, designed for couples who want complete support from the very beginning of their wedding journey. We start working with you 6+ months before your event, handling everything from vendor/venue research and booking to setting up task lists and itineraries.

Partial wedding planning is perfect for couples who have already started their planning process but need professional guidance for specific areas. The key differences are that we start 4-6 months before your event, don’t handle vendor research and booking (although we do help with vendor contract negotiation), and have 10-12 online meetings with vendors as opposed to 14+ online meetings.

Both services include month-of coordination with our experienced team, unlimited communication with us, and logistics and timeline management.

Planning a wedding can easily become a full-time job — that’s where we come in! Our full wedding planning service starts at $11K and covers everything from finding and booking your vendors to managing your timeline on your big day. The investment varies depending on your specific needs, and can go up to $15K if you’d like planning for the wedding, reception, and both the bride’s and groom’s pre-wedding events.

Due to how much goes into full wedding planning, we require this service to be booked 6+ months before your event.

Our availability for 2025 is currently limited, and we’ve already started booking for 2026 and 2027. So the earlier you reach out for a consultation, the better!

We’re totally transparent about all costs upfront so that there are never any surprises. Here is our list of additional fees:

  • Venue research fee: $350
  • Travel fee: $1/mile from Rodeo, CA and a flat rate of $350 for areas 1 hour out of the region
  • Hotel & transportation: Required if the location is greater than 3 hours away, and will be paid for by the client
  • Early morning fee: $150/hour (planning/coordination before 8 AM)
  • Late night fee: $150/hour (planning/coordination after 9 PM)
  • Guest counts over 400 require a 4th coordinator at $550
  • Any additional hours are charged at $75/hour per coordinator
    • Standard hours are 8 AM – 2 PM on the wedding day and 4 PM – 9 PM for the reception or jaggo

Yes! We are available to travel wherever your dream celebration takes you. We bring our energy and expertise to whichever state or country we go.
For locations further than 3 hours away from the Bay Area, we require that you book transportation and lodging for us.

We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to adjust your event date. If this scenario arises, we will honor your deposit for use on a future date. All deposits are non-refundable.
