We’re all about creating incredible celebrations, no matter what you’re planning! We offer full planning, partial planning, month-of planning and coordination, and day-of coordination for weddings. We also offer proposal planning, content creation to capture the unforgettable memories from your event, and fun and luxurious picnic setups. Whether you’re planning the wedding of your dreams, popping the question, or celebrating any other special milestone, we’re here to help make your moment as special and stress-free as possible!

Day-of coordination is all about making your big day flow seamlessly! We handle all the final details, coordinate with your vendors, and manage the event timeline so that you can actually relax and enjoy every single moment. With our wedding planning services, we’re your planning partners from the start – researching and negotiating with vendors, managing your budget, and working with you for 4+ months to bring your vision to life!

The simple answer: we recommend booking as soon as possible! Our availability for 2025 is currently limited, and we’ve already started booking for 2026 and 2027. If you’re interested in having us be very involved in planning your wedding, we recommend booking at least 4 months prior for partial planning and at least 6 months prior for full-service planning.

We’re totally transparent about all costs upfront so that there are never any surprises. Here is our list of additional fees:

  • Venue research fee: $350
  • Travel fee: $1/mile from Rodeo, CA and a flat rate of $350 for areas 1 hour out of the region
  • Hotel & transportation: Required if the location is greater than 3 hours away, and will be paid for by the client
  • Early morning fee: $150/hour (planning/coordination before 8 AM)
  • Late night fee: $150/hour (planning/coordination after 9 PM)
  • Guest counts over 400 require a 4th coordinator at $550
  • Any additional hours are charged at $75/hour per coordinator
    • Standard hours are 8 AM – 2 PM on the wedding day and 4 PM – 9 PM for the reception or jaggo

Yes! We are available to travel wherever your dream celebration takes you. We bring our energy and expertise to whichever state or country we go. For locations further than 3 hours away from the Bay Area, we require that you book transportation and lodging for us.

We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to adjust your event date. If this scenario arises, we will honor your deposit for use on a future date. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
