On the other hand, we’re your behind-the-scenes storyteller. While they’re setting up that perfect shot, we’re capturing the getting-ready excitement, the candid reactions during your ceremony, the quick glances and smiles between you and your partner, and all the other beautiful details that happen organically in a split second. Plus, while you’ll likely wait months for your professional photos and videos, we’ll deliver your social media-ready content within days so you can start sharing and reliving those memories right away!

Yes, definitely! Before your event, we’ll request that you send us any content inspirations that you have. We’ll also discuss what vibe — from romantic and elegant to playful and trendy — you’d like your content to have. We always make sure to tailor our reels and videos to reflect you.

The simple answer: we recommend booking as soon as possible! Our availability for 2025 is currently limited, and we’ve already started booking for 2026 and 2027.

The main additional fees to know about are travel costs. We charge $1/mile to the event and back from Rodeo, CA, and a flat fee of $350 for areas 1 hour out of the region. For locations more than 3 hours away, the client is responsible for booking lodging and transportation for us.
We’re totally transparent about all costs upfront so that there are never any surprises!

Yes! We are available to travel wherever your dream celebration takes you. We bring our energy and expertise to whichever state or country we go.
For locations further than 3 hours away from the Bay Area, we require that you book transportation and lodging for us.

We understand that circumstances change and you may need to adjust your event date. If this scenario arises, we will honor your deposit for use for a future date. All deposits are non-refundable.
